Temp Mail provides temporary, disposable email mailboxes for receiving incoming messages. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", with no guarantees regarding the long-term persistence of any communication received.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the service for:

• Any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harassing activities.
• Attempting to bypass security mechanisms, rate limiters, or denial-of-service protections.
• Facilitating cyber attacks, malware distribution, phishing, or harassment campaigns.

3. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Because mailboxes are ephemeral and delete automatically upon expiration, you should never use temporary email addresses for critical personal accounts (banking, healthcare, legal documents). Under no circumstances shall Temp Mail be liable for missed, delayed, or deleted messages.
